The Masterclass

Make content people actually stop for.

One day. Everything I know about making video that holds attention — camera, exposure, lighting, sound, scripting, hooks and how to speak to a lens like it's a person. No theory for the sake of theory. You'll leave able to shoot, cut and post something you're proud of.

The Curriculum

What we'll cover.

Eight sessions across the day, each one building on the last. Bring whatever you shoot on — a phone is completely fine.

( 01 )

Camera Basics

Getting off auto and taking control. Frame rates, resolution, focus and the settings that actually change how your work looks.

( 02 )

Exposure

The single biggest thing separating amateur footage from professional. ISO, aperture and shutter — what each one does, and why getting exposure right matters more than any camera you could buy.

( 03 )

Lighting

How to read the light you already have, and how to shape it. Window light, cheap setups that punch above their price, and the mistakes that flatten a shot.

( 04 )

Sound & Microphones

People forgive bad video. They never forgive bad audio. Choosing a mic, placing it properly, and recording clean sound anywhere.

( 05 )

Scripting

Structure that keeps people watching. How to write for the ear instead of the page, and how to say more in less time.

( 06 )

Hooks

The first three seconds decide everything. Building openings that stop the scroll — and why most hooks quietly fail.

( 07 )

Speaking on Camera

Talking to the lens rather than at it. Presence, eye line, pacing, energy — and how to sound like yourself when a camera is pointed at your face.

( 08 )

Making Videos Travel

What actually drives reach: retention, pacing, rewatch, framing and payoff. How to give a video the best chance without chasing trends.

Come with an idea. Leave with it filmed.

Who It's For

You'll get the most from this if…

( 01 )

You're starting out

You've got things to say and you're posting already, but the videos don't look or sound the way they do in your head. This is the day that closes that gap.

( 02 )

You create for ministry

Churches, worship teams, youth leaders, anyone carrying a message. The message deserves to be made well — this is how you do that on a real budget.

( 03 )

You've plateaued

You've been posting for a while and it's stopped moving. We'll look honestly at hooks, retention and delivery, and find what's holding your work back.

Questions

Before you book.

Do I need a proper camera?

No. Bring whatever you shoot on — a phone is genuinely fine, and a lot of the day is about getting more out of the gear you already own. If you do have a camera, bring it and we'll set it up properly together.

What should I bring on the day?

Your camera or phone, a charger, headphones and something to take notes on. If you've got a mic or a light already, bring those too. That's it.

Is the online one just a livestream of the room?

You're in the session live — you can ask questions, and I answer them as we go. You get the full recording afterwards either way.

Can I change my date?

Yes, as long as there's a seat free on the other day. Just email hello@izzythecreator.com and we'll move you.

What's the refund policy?

Full refund up to 7 days before your date, no questions. Inside 7 days I can move you to the next available date instead.

Can I book for a team or a church?

Yes — group bookings and private sessions are available. Email hello@izzythecreator.com and tell me roughly how many of you there are.

One Day

Stop guessing. Start creating.

You already have something worth saying. This is the day you learn to say it properly — and make people stay to hear it.
